The team at Blue Lily Organics is committed to the satisfaction of our customers. We carefully select our suppliers, growers and directly buy from them. However, if you are less than 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or credit – excluding the shipping charges. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept c.o.d deliveries. Please contact us at orders@bluelilyorganics.com prior to returning an item.
We ship our orders within 12-24 hours typically except during national holidays or due to any other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation requests received for orders after they have been shipped out cannot be processed. However, we are able to provide full refund – no questions asked – for orders yet to be shipped. Please contact us at orders@bluelilyorganics.com for any cancellation requests.
We ship internationally, however Blue Lily Organics is not responsible for any duty, taxes or any other associated import fees that the Foreign Govt may impose. These additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the Foreign Government assesses taxes or duty for your package when it enters their Customs, the cost will be collected by you when the package is delivered.
